My Turkey has a growth or something

I am not sure what happens if I add to this old question I had posted but I thought I would try since the pics are already here. This hanging down part under the Turkeys neck is just hard as a rock, in fact it feels like a rock out of my gravel driveway. Anyone know if there is anyway a rock could get in there and if so how to get it out. Thanks Terri Lee
