My 2 month old turkey got attacked by a dog Sunday morning. I thought she was dead, with the way she was looked. She is a tough girl. Today I noticed her skin is turning green. Is this normal?

It could either indicate bruising or infection. My 2 month old turkey got attacked by a dog Sunday morning. I thought she was dead, with the way she was looked. She is a tough girl. Today I noticed her skin is turning green. Is this normal?
No it’s not swollen, the redness went down over night.she is doing good. Eating and drinking. It’s just today is when it started getting green. So that kinda freaked me out.If her skin is normally bluish or grey, then bruising could make it look green. You've seen a bruise turn yellow?
Is her skin puffy, like swollen up?
I think her skin is a light gray color normally. No it’s not swollen, the redness went down over night.she is doing good. Eating and drinking. It’s just today is when it started getting green. So that kinda freaked me out.
I thought it was infected at first, but it don’t look like a normal infection. This is also my first turkey, so idk how they bruise or what. She is doing good, she is eating and drinking. I just don’t like it being green at all.It could either indicate bruising or infection.
