My turkey is sick please help

Our turkeys hatched today some yesterday night at around 10 o'clock and two were born overnight and the others were born this morning 1 of them is lying on its side not doing anything the others are going around the incubator cheaping and walking around and stepping on the sick one lying on its side please give some info on what it must be because we have hatched chickens before and to of them died PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!
