I have searched online for hours and no one seems to have a similar issue. The turkey is about 2 1/2 months old, and has grown well sense the beginning and is always pale and when you pick it up is always shaky.
We’ve tried high protein, different feed, electrolytes, probiotics, nothing works.

She is about 1/2 the size of her brother and they are the same age. Her feathers are also messy don’t grow quite right.

If you have any tips, please let me know.

She is probably failing to thrive. What are you feeding her? What percent protein? Exactly what electrolytes and probiotics are you using?
We are giving her Sav-A-Chick electrolytes and probiotics , she’s eating the same food at the other turkey. It’s a mix of game food mix, meal worms and scratch grains (all organic and non gmo) She also was very weak as a baby, and the percent is about 20-25ish

Stop the meal worms and the scratch.

Years ago I sold a woman some poults. I have no way of knowing what she fed them once she had them. The person that got one of them from her showed me pictures of a far undersized poult for it's age. It was very healthy, just tiny.

It might be a genetic issue that there is nothing you can do anything about.

My experience when looking into organic feeds promoted as being for turkeys is that they are usually deficient in the required levels of lysine, methionine and protein.

Thank you! Why would it not also be effecting the others? And can you buy lysine and methionine supplements?

I don't know about lysine but BOSS is a really good source for methionine. Unfortunately is also a high fat content food.

Each bird has it's own genetics which is why I believe it may be a genetic issue that you cannot do anything about. The feed probably is affecting the others too. You don't have any on a quality feed to compare the difference.
