Isabel, one of my chicks from 2 weeks ago hatch I swear is the luckiest chick ever! First, I'm a tall girl. When I was bringing the babies out for some fresh air I dropped Isabel after her squirming. I swear I had broke her neck when she landed on her head but she was fine! Next when I was taking the babies back from their outdoor time I accidently picked Isabel up by her neck. Swear I broke her neck there too! Bit again she was fine. Now this was the scary one, I came in to check on the chicks and there was Isabel lying on her side, covered with water and shivering. On top of that my big turken chick was stepping on her. I swear this was her last life this time but I quickly heated up a cloth in the microwave and wrapped in around her. She couldn't stand or walk and just layed on her side. Once she got dry she could very weakly stand. EVERYONE said she was going to die. That this was her last chance but I just knew that if she was strong enough to survive through all the other things she would have a bit of a chance surviving through this. I had to leave though and stuck her under my broody hen just praying for her to live. The next day I was basicly prepared for a dead chick but there she was, slowly walking around. No, not as strong as she was but she was alive and kicking. The last of her near death experiences was the same day. I refilled their water and then accidently dropped the heavy container on her. And guess what? Again she lived. Is she a cat with nine lives or Immortal? Who knows, but she's a lucky one.
