Did a little fishing yesterday. Caught this little guy.

Hooked him through his eye. Tossed him back, we'll definitely know if we catch him again. Buddy caught a little blue Gill and two large mout about the same size as this.
Certainly have the itch to go again. Lol. Just need to prep more for the skeeters.

Was talking with my cousin last night. That guy is busier than I am lol. And way craftier. Lol.
He sent me a slide show but I cant get it saved so I had to screen shot each one. Put together in his spare time. When I stopped by last night after work I heard him sanding something and poked my head in.

He is the one that helped me build the porch. Blowning my mind. You could find this stuff at Sears or something. It's really nice.

pretty sure he came up with it. Also built a really nice dresser I'm gonna try and take ideas from. and the project he was working on when i showed up. was a hide a cabinet for a trash and recycling can.

When it rains it pours. Literally. I knew it was supposed to rain yesterday but man did it come down. And all of a sudden too, I had to scramble to get tools covered or put in the shed. Decided to let the hen out of the breaker as well. It's just sitting out in the open with no cover, she was soaked. But no longer broody. Now I have 3 more to break. Lol.
Storm over now and it's a nice sunny day. Possible rain tomorrow and monday but we'll get today out of the way first.

Beautiful yesterday and again today, with possible severe weather here Tuesday. Severe weather includes a lot of things with tornadoes and softball size hail .... hopefully we won't have that! I never knew hail could be so large until we moved here.

Weather's holding today Hoping for the same tomorrow. Surprise bbqing for the Misses bday. And rain is no bueno with alot of guests in my tiny house.
I'm good on the softball sized Hail and tornadoes. Ouchies. Settled for rockslides and forest fires long ago.

In other news either that hen is back in the boxes being broody or its another of the buff ee. There's also the red one which makes 5 plus a kelso in the other pen. Ugghh. Don't have enough breakers so I might modify an unfinished pen to accommodate breaking more than one.

The weather guy lied to us today so we didn't get as much rain as we were suppose to... Such a shame cause I was gonna take the truck to move but chose to use my little car instead... Ohhhh well. Got my tortoise mansion down and I'm watching them hissing at me for putting them in a small house. It's just for a time.... Gotta remember... It's all just for a time.
