My White Leghorn’s puberty

Y’all I have 2 white Leghorn Gals. They are 15 weeks old today. It seems overnight they both have black feathers growing in under their wings right above their legs. Does this sound normal? I believe my chickens had a traumatic night 2 nights ago. One of my junior roosters is missing (without a trace). Can stress cause accelerated maturity? I’m devastated. The two in the picture are my 2 out of the 3 babies I had. They were crying and peeping for Red when it was time for bed. The picture of my Leghorn girls was just 3 days ago, they both look a lot different now

I’ll have to wait until they settle down for the night to check. I was given these 2 from someone moving away from my neighborhood. They have both been so terrified of me since I got them. The 3 little ones I hatched off will climb on me and let me hold them. They are night and day.

Jackie and Diane (white hens) do walk under the car and get their tail feathers dirty but the color change I’m talking about is above their legs under their wing feathers.
