My Young ISA brown and Pekin Mix has had a broken off nail for a while now and I am not sure if it will grow back

She has had a broken for about a month and it's not showing any signs of growing back even after I treated it. Is this going to affect her daily life or should I just leave it alone
 
Can you post some pictures? If it's healed up, then I wouldn't worry. Some chickens lose toes to frostbite or other injury, and they do just fine. If it were infected then that would be different.
