Is there one one the other leg in the same place? Red coloring in some skin colors is perfectly normal, a sign of fertility in roosters and hens. Mostly I see it in white legs moreso.

Thank you so much! Learned something new! I almost gave him away yesterday until I noticed his leg. He's kinda photogenic, now I want to keep him, lol. He's a Brahma/Blue Orpington mix.
