Out of the 2 Easter Egger chicks I got (supose to both be pullets) one ended up being a rooster. He’s about 6 ish months old and is crowing a lot, but he doesn’t act like a rooster. He won’t go near the other hens and goes off by himself, I was hopeing to breed him but he won’t go anywhere near the other hens. Is there anything I can do?

Update: both my Easter Eggers are roosters

He's a deep thinker..... preferring to wander off alone with his thoughts, unconcern with daily chicken life. He seeks more to life. He seeks enlightenment.

With that said, you could get a mirror and introduced him to his evil doppleganger in hopes of triggering his instinct to preserve his lineage, thus getting him in the mood for some sexual healing.

I know a lot of 14-17 year old boys like that.

Give him time, his hormones may not have kicked in yet. Are the hens bullying him? Maybe he's worried he'll get a butt whooping :)
We have a Rhode Island Red and a wellsummer and they are the boss hens that fluff up their feathers and show off but he usually ignores them and walks off

He might not have the instinct yet to start behaving like a rooster. It will come with time. Are you sure none of your other chickens aren't roosters? Sometimes if there's another rooster, young ones will be pretty shy and timid.

Nope none of the others are roosters

I have 2 roosters. One is way mature at 3.5 months. . I prefer how the other one behaves at this point, much like yours. It was a three ring circus today, he went completely hormonal. Chickens flying everywhere. The other rooster looked completely dumbfounded like what the heck just happened. The only way it ended was my german shepherd gave a real deep leave those girls alone bark. The dog doesn't not like when he thinks one if them is hurt. If mine is like this at 3.5 months, I hat to see him in a month.
