My young turkeys are sick! Please advise!

I have 6 domestic white turkeys. They are about 1 1/2 months old and they recently started getting growths on their beaks, eyes, heads and legs. I also have chickens and it has affected a couple chicks too. What is it and are there any vaccinations or cures for it? Please help!

My recommendation is that you contact your state veterinarian for help.
