mycoplasma/coccidiosis?

So, my chickens have a mycoplasma infection and coccidiosis. They are currently on Tylan for the mycoplasma infection but my vet gave me Bacox for the coccidiosis today. They have about 4 more days left of the Tylan, should I wait to treat with the Bacox, or treat both at the same time, or stop the Tylan and treat with the Bacox for the coccidiosis right away?

I would of asked my vet but I had to pick the medicine up from a different vets because my local one doesn't stock it due to being so out in the sticks.
