Mycoplasma? Fowl pox?

Hi everyone,
My hen eyes are swollen, left eye with hard pus and the other one eye some discharge I also notice some skin growing on upper eye lid.

It's day 2 and she is getting lethargic.

Is it a fowl pox or mycoplasma?

Is there a bad odor?
If so, then you may be dealing with Infectious Coryza.

If no odor, then it may be MG or some other bacterial disease.

The hard pus needs to be removed in order for the eye to heal. Flush generously with saline, push or press out the pus. Put ointment (Terramycin) in the eye.

For MG, use an antibiotic like Tylosin to treat symptoms.
For Coryza use a Sulfa antibiotic to treat symptoms.

Both of these diseases make birds carriers for life, even if they recover.

Question:
How do I know if there is a pus inside the eye? I been cleaning the eye with warm water with gentle pressure but no pus. Usually there is noticeable pus around inner eye but not this time after antibiotic.

Been applying antibiotic ointment on her eye and gave oral antibiotic since last Friday. I could see the eyeball with undereye flesh.

What antibiotic are you giving and the dose?

I would use Saline to flush and clean out the eye instead of plain water. You can purchase saline or make your own using 2tsp salt to 1quart of water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes to sterilize. Make a fresh batch daily.

I use original neosporin ointment for the eye. Aristopet Oral antibiotic into drinking water as no tylosin available here.

I am going to buy saline water.

Oral Antibiotic Dosage recommended 5g for 1 litre but I make 500ml instead since my chicken is bigger than ornamental bird.
