Welcome To BYC

Are any other chickens showing signs of illness?
Without testing there is no way to know for sure what respiratory illness you are dealing with. Sending a sample to your state lab or and independent lab would be a good idea.

Keep her separated and provide supportive care by adding poultry vitamins to her water and offering extra protein like egg, tuna, mackerel or meat in addition to her normal feed.

Clear away/flush any discharge from the eye and apply some Vetericyn eye gel or Terramycin eye ointment to the eye. This may help with infection. If you see pus (most likely with the facial swelling), it will need to be clear out in order for the swelling to go down.

Mycoplasma is contagious and makes sick, recovered and exposed birds carriers of the illness for life. Antibiotics will help with any secondary bacterial infection that may present as complications of the illness. You can try giving Tylan50 to see if she responds. Denagard can be used as a "maintenance" when the flock shows symptoms or signs of illness.

You will need to consider this a closed flock and follow an all in/all out policy.
