Welcome to BYC, Thein Soe Aung. Glad you decided to join our flock. Incubating and hatching eggs is something that requires far more than a single post to teach. You need a multiple level course to learn everything you need to know and it just so happens that BYC has what you need. We have an entire section in our Learning Center on Hatching Eggs and Raising Chickens at https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/hatching-eggs-and-raising-chicks. This section covers a variety of incubating and hatching related instructions such as Incubation Notes, Images, Videos, and Links (https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/hatching-eggs-101), How to Hatch and Incubate Eggs (https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/how-to-incubate-hatch-eggs-just-21-days-from-egg-to-chicken), Diagnosing and Troubleshooting Incubation Problems and Hatch Failures (https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/egg-failure-to-hatch-diagnosing-incubation-problems), etc. I would also suggest posting this on our Incubating and Hatching Eggs section at https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/5/incubating-hatching-eggs. Please feel free to ask any specific questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Good luck with your chicken business.

Do you have incubators to hatch the eggs? Or broody hens that will hatch them for you. Do you have roosters - so eggs will be fertile? Welcome to backyard chickens. I hope your plans are succesful
