Mine don't like it that low until they're almost a week old. I give them a lot of variation in temperature, though. It will be around 99 directly under the heat lamp, but as low as 65 at the far end depending on the time of year.

I just realized that our chicks hatched at the same time, from the same place! Mine were between the 27th and the 28th. Siblings maybe??
