Mysterious chicken killer!!

I've lost two of my Banty hens in 4 days. The first one inside the coop on her nest. No blood no feathers anywhere just the gizzard and a wing left on her nest..the second one same thing except a foot and a wing were left outside in the chicken yard what in the world is getting my girls but just leaving a part here or there but nothing else?????

Could be coon or possum you need to find how it is getting in.
