mysterious neck wound

I recently went out and checked my chickens to notice one of my hens has a small wound on her neck. It looks like a hole but I can not see any tissue or muscle. Could it just be missing feathers or a actual hole. I suspect another chicken did this but I am not sure. Their appears to be dryed blood. Sorry for the bad pictures, my chickens hate cameras.
