Mystery bantam chicks

Any idea what breeds these two are? They came from Tractor/Hoover's. Bantam 2 has feathered feet, bantam 1 does not.

MF D'Uccle or Buff Brahma
What kind of combs do they have?

Those were my guesses, but forgot about the combs, which look to be single. So D'Uccle.

The first one is a Silver Sebright Bantam, and the second chick is a Mille Fleur d'Uccle.
