Yep, every time I hear them, I'll be reminded of the poor rooster or roosters who didn't get a chance...... honestly I'll probably bring it up. There is a rooster in the area but not a part of our covenant, and it crows far less than the nuisance dogs. I want to have at least one; if not, the dogs have got to be controlled. They cannot enforce one rule and not another.Roosters are definitely better than dogs barking!
