Mystery chick- Breed and Gender please!

This ugly little bugger is my free mystery chick from McMurray... It is 6 1/2 weeks old, has feathered feet, sweet as can be, and is by far the homeliest chick I have ever seen. anybody know what it is? I was thinking maybe a dark brahma, but I have no idea....It is mostly grey fuzz... still doesn't have all of it's feathers (6 1/2 weeks old), grey/black and white lacing on chest, and some brown on it's wings.

Thank you, everyone! I figured it was a boy, since he was the freebie, but I guess a 25/2 hen roo ratio wont be bad...so I will keep him....for now
