Mystery Chick Breed ID?

I ordered some chicks from Murray McMurray. The sent quite a few extras, which I'm assuming are either Cornish Crosses or White Leghorns. They did send one other that I'm trying to figure out what it is. It doesn't have feathers on its feet either. Any help would be appreciated! Here are some pics:
