Mystery chick from MM

Pretty easy one here I think, just looking for verification.

This chick was included in my order from Murray McMurray, hatched February 29, meaning six weeks this coming Monday.

I think it's pretty safe to start calling this black Cochin "he", but like to get the expert's opinions.

Best personality of the bunch to boot. Wasn't looking for a rooster, but if I was going to have one, I think I like him.
