What do I think, I think you have bad luck. It sure does look like an EE roo Can't believe they would send you one of those as an exotic unless they though they were being nice and giving you a breeding trio or something, or they mis-sexed one.

its those green legs that tell me its an EE, and the patterning when it was a chick. but since its slow feathering in, makes me think its a rooster

Ya, it does look like a rooster, just your luck. Really makes me wonder if whoever was packing the box was trying to give you a trio since you had ordered ones in your other two breeds.
