Could be - there are a lot of Chicks with Chipmunky features - the dark head/back stripe and eye markings might indicate female...as in Cream Legbars and some other breeds. I'm glad they didn't leave her alone in her bin. She's a beauty!

I ordered sapphire gems, sapphire splash, and sapphire Olive egger assortment... so I’m wondering if they didn’t have the sapphire olive egger and just gave me an Olive egger

Little cutie could be many things, including a cream legbar, welsummer, olive egger bred from the first two, Brown leg horn and several others. You will have to wait and see and be surprised when it feathers out.

a year or two ago I got a group of all sorts of breed's, a few of them looked like that. three of them turned out to be some sort of Wyandotte mix (really pretty), and one was a Speckled Sussex (Also beautiful). A lot of chickens look like that when they are younger, but I'm sure you will get a unique chick!
