This is waffles. I think a RIR rooster due to the tail feathers curling and getting longer

Not a RIR, but a Red Sex-link. Tail feathers don't mean anything at this age. It's a girl.

Yes but it looks like it is multi grain off as they are growing.

I'd say they're likely all Black Copper Marans then. Are the color of the soles of their feet a pink/white/gray color?

They look female to me at this point.

Some cockerels are late bloomers, but between the comb size, and the gender-specific coloration of sexlinks, I am pretty sure you have pullets.

You have all pullets. Any red and completely lacking white feathers are Rhode Island Reds, Red Sexlinks are the ones with red and white feathers, black or black with copper are Black Copper Marans, and grey-ish is an Easter Egger
