I'm stumped, I looked on Hoover's website in 'bantams', and I didn't see any birds that looked like yours.

Upon catching the little bugger, held in sun and in fact now I see short fuzzy feathering on the outside of the leg!!! I didn't have enough hands to hold her and take a photo.
