Mystery Chicken? 8 week old pullet?

I bought what was supposed to be Bielefelder pullets but at 8 weeks this little one is very different. She is smaller, gray and black, and has a tuft of feathers on her head. Any guesses on breed?

She's cute.
Possibly an olive Egger, crested cream legbar. Only guessing.
