Hello BYC, my rooster was attacked around 9am here in NH. My rooster is a pretty good size and was assaulted right next to my chicken coop while freeranging. Jis back is all shreded up and he's laying down a lot. Amazingly, no other hens were harmed! What could this have been?! Please get back to me ASAP! I will have images later, thanks

So many possibilities - fisher, fox, coyote, bobcat, hawk or even the neighbor's dog. Whatever it was, be prepared for it to return. Good luck.
