I was going to ask about this.

I've been drinking a good amount of water lately. Probably over 80oz a day.

Told my doctor how much water vs coffee I drink and she was pretty horrified so I need to get back to this
I am not going to try the whole 80oz thing again tho, that's just torture.

I always bring an absurdly large water bottle with me to work and usually drink 1-2 cups of coffee while there
