Mystery Chicken Illness?

I posted in December (https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/coccidiosis.1607010/) about a sick chicken that did not survive. She was treated with Corrid and sulfa antibiotics. I have another chicken that is starting to exhibit the same symptoms that the previous chicken had. I am hoping I am catching this with her soon enough that we can figure out the cause before she passes. Our avian vet is out of town until Monday so I came here for advice. A few weeks ago I noticed her comb was limp (still red) and she was not as crazy as usual. We quarantined her because I thought it was a crop issue and during the quarantine we noticed a scab on her foot. I treated with epsom salt soaks and Prid and saw the vet. The vet said it was not bumblefoot and to put her back with the flock and that maybe she was acting off because she was away from her flock. It's been about two weeks and this morning I found her on the coop floor laying on her side with poop on her butt feathers. The poop is green as it has been the last few weeks. She is losing weight but her crop is full at night and empty in the morning. The previous fecal in December showed low levels of coccidiosis and I spoke to the vet office and will be dropping another fecal off today.
To make matters worse, we just moved our new 5 week old chicks into a sectioned off area of the coop and run so we are really hoping they are not vulnerable to this.

My questions:
1. Do you have any ideas on possible causes or recommendations on what to do while waiting the fecal?
2. Does this seem like a specific illness or is this a normal path of illness in chickens?

What state are you in? How old is the sick chicken? What are all of her symptoms? Did you get a necropsy by your state vet when you lost that chicken back in Dec.? That is the only way that you can know what kills a chicken. They can suffer from worms, coccidiosis, reproductive problems, crop disorders, and other things.

California

1 year old this month

symptoms: staying away from the rest of the flock more, gradual weight loss, droopy comb, less energy, green poop (little greener than dark grass), not going up on roosting bars at night and sleeping in nesting box, gradually more weak

No necropsy because the chicken died the day before Christmas Eve. I spoke to the extension office and they couldn't get the necropsy done around the holidays and get meaningful information from it so they told me not to send her.

I'm hoping to figure out what is happening if this is an illness before we lose another.

Did you find out any info an the illiness? Green poop is linked to food poisoning or Meraks.

She died. The green poop seems to be from the feed. The feed is more green than it was previously. The feed manufacturer says it’s from the alfalfa. We have an avian vet and she said there was something internal with that hen, probably related to the crop stasis. She didn’t have sour crop, pendulous crop, or blocked crop but something was going on. The flock fecal came back with no parasites so that was also ruled out. We opted not to do a necropsy because the avian vet did not think it was a flock issue and the expense in our state made it unreasonable.
