Mystery chicken

I have a 7 mo chicken that maybe confused but is totally confusing. OK . It is a PHOENIX & Mix Bantam cross. Has body of a hen..Short hackle and saddle feathers...yet no egg production..crows...yet walks away from hen laying down in front of it like Not Interested...sparrs with roos and is forming nubby spurrs. anybody...anybody???

On occasion, you will get a hen that switches sides. Her ovary stops working and the male sex organ kicks in. All appearances and behaviors become rooish but she/he is not fertile. There are a few decent articles out there on the phenomenon but, as I understand it, it isn't very common.
