Mystery Egg from My Pet Chicken

I am stumped! Penguin hatched out of a mystery egg from My Pet Chicken. The egg was blue-green and Penguin hatched looking like, well a Penguin, hence the name. He/She (?) was HUGE when compared to the other hatch mates, all Isabelle Orpingtons. So thoughts on breed and gender? I am leaning toward roo but have no clue on the breed! Penguin is 16 weeks.

Does the person you got him from have any Ameraucana pens?

I think it depends whether or not the person breeds Ameraucanas. He's got a pea comb, white skin, slate legs, came from a blue egg, a STUNNING pattern.
