Was walking around checking on my hens till I saw this egg in the floor of my 21 week old pullets. I don’t know who’s it could be if anyone knows please tell me.

Well, what breeds do you have? It's a standard brown egg, many, many breeds lay brown. Keep in mind, that even among hens of the same breed, egg color can vary.

I know she’s a silver laced and one is a light Brahma the others I don’t know exactly

Use this ^. Several of your pullets look ready. You have a production blue, mutt, Light Brahma, Barred Rock, and maybe a Blue Maran. Thinking the first bird is a production bird of some sort and the last blue might be a Blue Maran.

They got about 21 and a half the Brahma is like a week older
