I've been wondering about the sex and breeds of my 4 chicks, now about 9-10 weeks old I believe. Still no idea of breeds, but the first one has been crowing, and the second one (the frizzle) just began crowing today. Now waiting to see about the last two.

Most potential roosters develop deeper colors, and most have a trait that gives them a dark red band on there wings. Other than redder combs, there posture, feather shape, bigger legs.

If the tiny black one is the only pullet, I'm screwed! I know she can't be with 3 roosters, but is it okay for a small hen to be with a much larger rooster? Btw, I also just bought 4 more sexed pullets, but they are only a week old, so it will be a while before they can join the party.

The tiny black one is your only pullet. I personally wouldn't put a small pullet in with a large rooster. That's just asking for her to get crushed.
