Even though you (and they) have been through a stressful situation, I can't help but giggle over that one crazy tail feather sticking up
I see you are "spoiling" them with goodies, yummy pumpkin and apples, good for you.
Chickens can get many worms and these worms can affect the esophagus, crop, proventriculas, intestines and I think they can get flukes in their repro tract. Two worms are big enough to see if they happen to poop them out, roundworms and ceca worms. One might be able to see cecal worms, but they are quite small.
