Mystery Infestation

I'll try to get a picture up soon. But another thing I saw today was when she drank some water, it came back out (I'm not sure if it came out through her nose or her mouth). She was pecking at the woodchips earlier, if that has anything to do with it. But I've changed the type of bedding now so hopefully she won't do that anymore.
Any ideas?

I've read that the black stuff could be dead tissue. What should I do for her?
