Definitely not a SLW. Wyandottes do not have feathered legs. Not good coloration for a SLW either.
Your comb photo is really blurry so I can't see it well...If it is a rosecomb (at this age, an inverted horse shoe with luck running down the beak)...then it probably is a mixed breed with something that had feathered legs.
At first glance, it looked Brahma to me, so I bet it is a mix with that. If it has a pea comb, then it most likely is a Light Brahma as those can look similar to Columbian Wyandotte chicks, which if the breeder had some Brahmas, and different colors of Wyandottes, it could have gotten mixed there or at the feedstore.
