Butchered some chickens a couple days ago.

It's so cool that you can do this. Do you do it all by yourself? I wish I could just get past the slaughtering part...

Yep I do. Haven't got my sister to actually help me yet.

Slaughtering is something you get used to doing overtime. I grew up doing this so it was a lot easier.

The nice thing is that it looks like I've got 4 cockerels, & 10 pullets in this batch.

Good news. My aunt finally decided to give me that Buff Barred cockerel.

I'm gonna gather him up today, & start introducing him.

I'll be giving her one of the cockerels I have. I asked if she wanted a black cockerel she said sure if solid black. He might be solid black, but won't know until he gets his second set of juvenile plumage though.

Well, I need to get a new Taiwan Cock. He was killed by Little Dude one of my project Minis.
He was about 10lbs, & defeated by a bird probably no more then 3-4lbs.

The only positive about this, is they maybe able to take out a Fox.
