If that price is ridiculously low for the item, then obviously not. (I'd believe that price for a small object like a food dish that hangs on the side of a chicken cage, but not for something like an entire roll of hardware cloth.)

And of course beware of shipping costs, given how easily they can turn a good deal into a bad deal
