Maple leapt at the dragon and raked her claws across his shoulder. Xeradion flared his wings and knocked her off of him with his wing. She used the wind to catch herself and when she landed, she pushed him into the ground, his face in the dirt.

"Oh no" , "should I help him " ragnoer thinks to himself .
 
Xeradion decided to refrain from blasting fire at her and roasting her. He pushed against the wind with his wings and got up.
Maple jumped at him, and he batted her away with a wing, she skidded across the ground and he followed her.
 
Maple got to her feet and made a wall appear between him and herself.
"What the-"
Maple ran forwards and attacked Xeradion. He was caught unprepaired and was easily knocked over. She put a paw on his neck, "Admit defeat."
 
"no." Xeradion surged up, knocking her off. She caught herself and was about to attack him again when he knocked her to the ground and pinned her down. He heard the crack of bones and he dug his claws into her pelt, drawing blood.
"I admit defeat." Maple said, her voice tight with pain.
Xeradion didn't get off, "Do you really?" he raked his claws across one of her eyes.
Maple screeched with pain and shut her eye, blood seeping out of the cuts. "Yes! I admit defeat!"
Xeradion reluctantly got off.
 
Ragnoer morphs into dragon form and runs over to help the esk . "Esk are you alright ?" Xeradion you were too rough " " her leg is broken " esk , do you mind if I pick you up ?" " I could take you to the esk tribe " " you wouldn't get very far on you own any way " ragnoer says
