Ok, @Buffbrahmasforever, the dragons and the griffins are planning on an alliance, and the dragons had an illness going around so Ragnoer snuck into the griffin village with the help of Orville, and got the needed herbs, but also encountered the griffins leader, Hylia.
So Urbosa and Ragnoer were taking the alliance paper to be signed by the griffins so they can move on with an alliance.
(School has been keeping me busy too, I understand completely"
