Here is the updated list of who and what eggs sellers are donating so far

1.) Remember 1/2 will go to Steph who was wonderful enough to host this awesome time at her house!!!
2.) Please have ALL eggs marked as to what they are and label carton to match so we don't make a mistake
3.) When auction ends and you hear your name being announced please go to the egg booth and pay for the eggs you won
4.) I think it's only fair to accept cash and checks ( phone #s added please)
5.) Ill add this now before there are any questions like a BYC auction-there are no guarantees on hatchability-no refunds-oh and you break it you bought it LOL
6.) I will post with updates as far as who is bringing eggs so everyone will know ahead of time.


I will have "coffee" cans for each set of eggs-I will also have slips you need to fill out to "bid" Now this is a silent auction Folks-you will NOT be able to see what others are bidding-when you bid you ticket goes into the can. You need to bid the maximum you are willing to spend to win. At a specific time the winners will be called-please leave your Cell phone numbers or house phone numbers ( if you live close) on the tickets so we can call you to pay and pick up your eggs..I will bring a cooler for them to stay in ...
It would be GREAT if the payments were made in cash so it is easier to split it up between people

Well, I can bring some of yours with me if you swing past my house, looks like I will be bringing DH's pick-up truck - I don't think you go by my house on the way, though
