Sorry to be joining in late! All of my chickies were predatorized over the fall/winter!!!

So I won't have anything to sell/...but I hope to restock and better protect my flock, so we should be going if we can!

Is anyone going to have seramas or silver laced frizzle polish bantams? (or even non-frizzle).

OH this sounds like so much fun!!!!! A full day to spend time with people who won't think I am CRAZY when I talk about my chickens. I am going to have to save some money!!!!! Would anyone be interested in some PQ bantam cochins and frizzles? Mottled and birchen are running together. PM me if so. I can't wait I need some blk split lav silkies for my project. I'll be there.

If anyone is interested in some Wheaten/Blue Wheaten Ameraucana chicks, I am considering getting an order of 25 from a reputable breeder shortly before the show. I wouldn't be interested in making any money on them, just recovering the cost per chick and shipping, and any loss, should it occur.

I'm guessing $10 a chick would be about the breakdown. Straight run.

PM me if there is interest, as it will help me decide my plan of action.

OR, if anyone locally has Wheaten Ameraucanas and would have a pullet to sell between now an the swap, also PM me. I really only have room for one.

I just lost my Wheaten to a rare city hawk (I think- she's just gone) and I want to replace her.

I have some blue Bantam Cochin eggs in the bator now, but you know what they say about counting a chicken before it hatches!

I have a lovely splash Bantam Cochin Roo, but the hens I got are too young for him. A friend is trading me some for some Angora Rabbits, hopefully they will be good quailty...

My Giant Cochins have FINALLY started to lay!

Looked like something tried really hard to eat them today, it had pried open the bottom part of the gate. Probably that dang Fox again that wiped out my Silkies last year. I really really HATE them predators!
