N.E. Chickenstock 2011!!!!!! Who's up for it??

Too funny, I'm still laughing about the DH comments. I never thought it meant anything other than "Dear Hubby"!!!

I cannot wait until this all goes down! My co-workers think I'm nuts because I talk about chickens all the time - when I told them about the Chickenstock they had no idea what to say.

That's up to you. I don't have NPIP certification, so it doesn't have to be done to bring new birds onto my property. All I ask is that if you suspect anything, please leave your birds at home. I'm not saying that in a mean way at all, just asking for your best discretion

On another note, we finally got the walls built in the coop to separate my birds by breed!! Facebook Login I can't wait to get some chicks that I can count on being pure

Awesome! I need to start building my breeding coop next week. I'm doing the pullorum thing for the swap coming up on May 2nd here and then so I can show in August if all goes well. They want us Pullorum tested to show.

We are planning on coming with our kids and hope that is still okay. (Let us know if it isn't and we'll figure if we can still do this.)We won't be doing overnight since we are pretty close and dh has to work 3rd shift that night anyway. We have 5, 16yrs to 2 yrs, but probably the oldest won't come but then again I won't count on it

Also wondering if the food is taken care of or if you have room for something more? Dd and I love to cook/bake so unless you tell us you are full up on food we'll bring somethings
