nacked necks

Hi, I have about 70 assorted chickens they free range during the day. This past winter and early spring a few of them have naked necks and they are not the naked neck breed. I don't have any naked neck chickens. It is only their necks. They don't show any other sighns of illness. It is all the way around and it is not from the roos breeding them it is also on roos and hens. Any ideas?
