Naked Chicken

What would it take to breed completely naked chickens? If I started with naked neck what would I have to do to get a completely naked bird?

Import naked birds from Israel? . . . . The naked necked gene doesn't go any further than that. The closest is to get some (very rare!) Ga Don gamefowl or something. They are, in certain times of their life, naked at the chest, thighs, neck, and sometimes more.
