Naked neck chicks

I have 2 naked neck chicks I am raising they r only 24 hours old I noticed they have some bugs on them what can I do for them BC it seems like the bugs r bugging them

If they have bugs it's likely lice or mites. They probably got them from your other chickens. You can dust them with Sevin dust to kill the adults, clean out the brooder and dust that too, and then repeat again in ten days. Might want to do any other chickens you have too because they probably have them and if you don't the chicks are just going to get the lice/mites again from them.

They hatched from egg and then came to my place they were only around other chickens for 5 to 10 min

If they were with other chickens for five or ten minutes that's enough time for lice/mites to crawl from one to another or for the chicks to have picked up ones that were in the bedding, etc.

We're would I be able to get the Sevin dust and is there any thing else that could work

Feed stores, and garden stores would have them. Walmart, lowes, etc all have sevin dust... however read the label carefully, as Sevin dust can be toxic to animals.
