Naked neck question

I have 2 naked necks that are about 6 months old. I noticed they BOTH have what looks like swelling on their right hand side- on the featherless area where the neck meets the body.
They seem perfectly healthy, active, and we think they are both laying.
Is this normal?
What other info might be useful? I could post some pics.

that is normal if you feel of it, it is full of feed that is their craw or crop or whatever people call it where you live. It if very noticable on the naked necks feed them a hand full of corn and watch it grow it looks wild
