Naked Neck Rooster or Hen?

Yep - he is crowing now. I have 4 roosters and 10 hens. I hate it but I need to find homes for at least 2 of the roosters. Not an easy decision.

Naked Neck
Rhode Island Red
Cuckoo Moran
Brown Leghorn

"Lester" the Leghorn - seems to be the favorite of the hens and was the Alpha (I think). However, Lester doesn't try very hard to stop "Jack" the Naked Neck - from chasing down and raping the hens. Jack was always my favorite but I hate they way he upsets the hens.

The other 2 roosters just stay out of the way

Any suggestions?
